 | Cookie Monster is unleashed every night at the stroke of midnight to eat all of the temporary cookies saved on our systems. Cookie support is required by most of the shopping sites while you browse. These temporary cookies are never reviewed or backed up but rather destroyed every night at midnight for your protection. Another important point is that your cookies belong to you. In other words if you log into Amazon and your friend sees a snapshot of your login page, your data and account access is not ever transferred to them. They must log into Amazon using their own credentials to access the same URL. |
 | Juggernaut is a small but mighty flash-based app used for real-time chat and page URL communication between you and your friends while browsing sites on Spree.ly. These messages are pushed out as a one-time broadcast to all browsers shopping under the 5 character session appended to the end of the Spree.ly URL. Once these messages are delivered in real-time, they are gone from our servers! New friends joining the shopping experience will not see previous chat messages or web page URLs visited by you and your friends. You are also notified as new friends join your shopping experience. |
 | Spree.ly uses a custom proxy service built by us exclusively for sharing web URLs with your friends. We simply fetch your requested page and modify the links to pass back through our servers to share with your friends. A couple of additions were required to manage temporary cookies required by shopping sites but we can assure you that these cookies are destroyed nightly. |
 | Who needs another password to remember? Spree.ly intentionally chose not to require a registration or login process to shop online. We do not want the responsibility of maintaining your credentials and believe that your shopping experience should be between you and the retailer. Only your webpage URLs are shared with your friends online. |
